I found the joy of hosting and cooking while attending a seminar in Denmark. I was staring at a cooking oven fed by wood while a lamb shoulder was prepared in an iron pot above the open flames. It was a magical moment and at that point I decided to change my profession and become a cook. Since then I had the chance to cook and host in the Lower Galilee of Israel, on the fjords in Denmark, working in a unique environment of nature, seasonal fresh ingredients and good people from all over the world:))
I find my inspiration in nature, animals, the sea and meditating. Have a strong urge to hosting and parting:)
My day job is cook:) i am currently working in one of the best restaurants in the city of Tel-Aviv.
food is first eaten with the senses, then it should be tasty.. I like to have my senses and imagination intrigued..that's how I choose my food
