Born in Vietnam and raised in France, Chef Jean Yves has become an expert in the art of fusing culinary techniques and traditions after winning of the 2012 edition of Masterchef France. After two decades of working as an interior designer for a prestigious group; Jean-Yves has taken the bold move to leave his comfort zone and dedicate his time and his life to his two passions: gastronomy and the art of receiving guests. He is known as much for his unbelievable creations as for the grace with which he serves them — teaching you how and why certain flavors work together, challenging your palate, and telling the story of every dish. One of his projects is to create his own team gathering a handful of talented chefs from all over the world.

What a fantastic experience!! Jean-yves was wonderful, he took us through all the steps carefully and thoroughly, and I can't wait to try my version now that we're back home. The wine cellar/workroom that we were in was perfect; both intimate and inviting. I feel like I learned a lot of useful tips and took home some creative suggestions for myself. I would recommend this experience to anyone.
Great experience even for two shy people like my husband and me. We loved being invited into a chef's home and hearing his story and an explanation of all the dishes and drinks. It was also enjoyable to learn about all the other guests and what brought them to Jean-Yves. I would highly recommend this experience, and if you don't believe me, you can pretty much google and find all sorts of reviews saying the same thing. Merci beaucoup for a wonderful evening!
