The Alchemist Craft Beer Pairing Dinner

Char Sue is opening it's doors for a private test kitchen experience.

My name is Chef Matt Rojas, Executive Chef and part-owner of Char Sue, an Asian Izakaya in the Lower East Side. Every so often, I like to keep things fresh and innovative by hosting special events, where I can serve dishes I've been working on. I shut down my restaurant for these events so you can have a true private dining experience.

This month, I've gotten my hands on craft beer from the Alchemist Beer, one of Vermont's or perhaps the country's most vaunted craft beer brewers! You may have heard of Heady Topper, but there's so much more available from the Alchemist.

The menu is specially designed to pair with these amazing craft beers.
