Explore a real Trullo in the Apulian countryside and enjoy a 6-course dinner! Among almond and olive trees, in a hilly area with a magical atmosphere, Silvia will take you on a journey to discover the authentic traditional Apulian cuisine!

• Menu of 4 appetizers, first course and dessert prepared according to typical recipes, with fresh and seasonal products
• Local wine is included
• The event takes place at Silvia's house, inside a typical and ancient Trullo
• Dinner for 4 to 6 people

About your host, Silvia: "Cicero used to say: 'The pleasure of the banquet should not be measured by the delicacies of course, but by the company of friends and their speeches.' I am Silvia and I hope to debunk Cicero by offering both delicious food and equally good company!"

Another great night at Silvia’s this time with 15 guests in her garden. The food and atmosphere was fantastic and Silvia once again was a great host. Thanks so much, we will be back.

We had a great time at Silvia’s with wonderful warm hosts, excellent spritz on arrival in the garden and then a delicious meal. Nothing was too much for her. I would highly recommend this to anyone who would like to learn a bit more about Italian life in Verona. Thanks Silvia!

It was a great experience, Silvia and friends were very warm, charming and welcoming....we were greeted as old friends to a dinner party. her preparations were long and thoughtful, the room and table were beautiful and then there was the food: It was a feast of local specialties...starting with a platter of Monte the local cheese and some salumia, then the local Veronese risotto with Amarone, followed by beef cheeks and an apple crumble that was exquisite, all accompanied by wonderful local wine with every course we had had some of these dishes before but NONE were as good as Silvia's....so OUR RECOMMENDATION IS: go here first upon arrival in Verona, sample some of the best of local dishes...and try others are local osteria, and ristorantes....and Silvia will provide advise as well. we feel we have made a new friend...and the dogs, BOND and PUSSY GALORE, just made us feel we were at home....Thank you Silvia, Stefano, and Annio...was a wonderful evening for us in Verona...
