Experience Alicante Paella, a typical tradition José Manuel wants to share so that you can enjoy a real, family meal in a beautiful home with fruit trees and a garden.

• You'll enjoy fresh products purchased the same day at the local markets, such as salted fish, seafood from the bay of Santa Pola or Villajoyosa, and the traditional Alicante Paella cooked on firewood
• Beer, wine, and digestif are included
• In a charming 'finca' in the outskirts of Alicante, just a short bus ride from the center
• Communal dining for 4 to 12 peple
• José Manuel and his family have always met on weekends to eat typical Alicante Paella in 'El Huerto', made by his grandmother, his mother and now himself

About your host, José Manuel: "In my grandfather's old garden, I have created a space where you can enjoy a gastronomic day. I like to have fun cooking with friends and enjoying the local gastronomy."

We had a wonderful day and evening with José and friends in his charming “finca” in the outskirts of Alicant, just a short bus drive (no. 24) from town centre. With a six course meal, an abundance of well tasting dishes, together with excellent wine we had a most enjoyable day and would gladly do it again. We strongly recommend you a day with José Manuel, a most friend and welcoming host.
