• In an eclectic San Franciscan apartment located in the historic neighborhood of Haight Ashbury - the birthplace of 1960's hippie counterculture

The combination of the process, the planning, and preparation of the dishes, and the act of giving to my friends, is quite simply very rewarding.”

What a great evening! Our virtual cooking class had 12 people joining from 4 locations and James did a great job of keeping everyone engaged and following his lead. He was entertaining, knowledgeable, extremely patient and kind. Bonus: the paella was the best we've ever had!

An exquisite Victorian in the Mission was the setting for a memorable and delicious dinner featuring the pastas and sauces from the Barilla Co., enhanced and demonstrated by Chef James. Beginning with an amazing cheese and charcuterie appetizer, the marinara cream sauce and the chef’s meatballs were particularly outstanding.
