Hi, I'm MaryRose!
I am Italian, from Naples, born and raised in a land of gastronomic masterpieces, such as Gragnano pasta trafilata in bronzo, San Marzano DOP tomato and the real buffalo mozzarella of Battipaglia. I started dreaming of dishes as a child, watching my mother and grandmother moving around  the kitchen. They were my greatest teachers. Between cookbooks and magazines collected with the money of small savings already during adolescence, passion has growed more and more. I've studied Biology and specialized in Nutrition, but in the meantime I worked in the family business, a fitness center, as a fitness trainer. An healthy life style was always a family culture ;)

In the 2014 comes the experience that has changed my life, in the coldest land in Europe: Finland. From there begin experiments in the kitchen, combinations of unusual ingredients, love for porridge, milkrice, cinnamon, wild berries and black bread. After a year I moved to Germany, where I currently live and still I evolve myself. Without doubt, my kitchen has the roots of the South, but with a touch of North.

For me the best plate has to have pure and beautiful food, made with natural, organical and selected ingredients. The creativity mixed to the tradition makes the rest.
