We are foodie artists who have run gastronomic and painting tours in Italy for over 20 years and we love welcoming guests to our table. Our Italian Unification menu is designed to do what 19th century founding father Giuseppe Garibaldi could not: unite Italy's diverse culinary traditions. Here we present classic dishes from Lombardy's Valtellina in the Alps and Sicily in the deep south, each paired with the appropriate wines of origin.
