I started cooking when I was a little girl; at the age of 14 I was already cooking French and Chinese dishes:foreign civilisations were a chalenge for me. Then, I started experimenting with my own recipies, getting creative, invinting friends for dinner! 
I've always loved to traver,  get in touch with foreigners, learn about their culture, exchange ideas, and of course show them hidden aspects of Greece, when they are here! This site gives me the oppportunity to combine cooking and meeting with foreigners, host people from abroad and introduce them to unknown Greek recipies! It is such a pitty for me that tourists mostly taste Greek salad, mousaka, tzatziki and souvlaki! Greek cuisine has really a huge variety of dishes, but they remain unknown to the majority  and taverns mostly serve the most popular ones.....so, if you are in a mood of tasting new things, that's the ideal opportunity for you!
